Wow! The summer went by fast but Mrs. Schwarz and I have been ready to get back into the swing of things! We are both thrilled and fortunate to be working with such wonderful families. The children have not missed a beat when it comes to getting acclimated and into their routine. It's amazing to see how well the Montessori environment works!

We welcome the children from the Maple room and their families! The transition has been flawless. We also welcome five new additions to our class:

• Arya
• Sophia
• Danya
• Brady
• Sophia (and that makes three!)

We look forward to the class taking off and the children amazing us with all that they take in! As always if you have any questions, comments, or concerns please do not hesitate to ask!

Tulip Tree Room Wish List

• Graded Bolt Board (Montessori Services - $29.95)
• Geometric Solids Booklets (Montessori Services - $28.00)
• Books for our library - any books with plants, animals, everyday life, etc... would be great. Books pertaining to specific holidays or seasons would be very much appreciated. (No cartoons or imaginary characters, please)
• Writing Lid with tray ( Montessori Services - $47.75)
• Small kid friendly vacuum (Eureka Quick-Up at Target - $35.00 or something similar)
• Any small to medium size baskets or trays. No larger than about 2ft x 1ft. Even if they are used we'd still love to have them!
• A few small to meduim sized house plants. (Must love water!!)
• Any extra small dishes or dish sets that may be used for practical life exercises
• Any age appropriate gamaes or puzzles in decent condition with all pieces for afternoon children's indoor recess
• Any smaller objects that correspond to different continents
• Spend time preparing shapes and paper for gluing.
• Spend time cutting metal inset paper
